Post formal document(s) to a filing
Authorized Users can upload one or more correspondence documents to a filing. The types of correspondence documents that can be uploaded will vary depending on the filing type in context. To post a formal document, navigate to a filing and in the ‘Actions’ section click on the link to ‘Post formal document’ (see below).
On clicking Submit, a notification is sent to the assigned analysts of each recipient agency.
When the analyst adds formal correspondence to the filing, an email containing a link to the formal correspondence will be sent to the main contact and the other contact on the filing. The names and email addresses of the contacts can be changed if required by maintaining the filing. The formal correspondence can also be accessed from the ‘Submissions’ and ‘Submitted documents’ tabs on the filing.
