How can I file a report of exempt distribution as an underwriter, if I am unable to find the issuer in SEDAR+?
You must contact the issuer and ask them to create a profile in SEDAR+.
SEDAR+ will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 8:00 a.m. ET on June 21 to 5:00 p.m. ET on June 22.
