Section 3 of National Instrument 13-103 System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) provides a list of documents that should not be filed through SEDAR+. This includes application, prefiling and waiver application filings that are not filed on SEDAR+ in Phase 1. It also includes documents specified in subsections 3(a) to (g) of NI 13-103, such as documents filed or delivered in connection with a hearing, compliance review, proceeding or investigation, confidential material change reports and certain other forms, notices and letters.
