There are various ways to find a filing depending on whether you are a public user or a user with a login account. Public users or logged in users without the required authority and permission see public information only:

Public users

• Search SEDAR+
  From the SEDAR+ landing page, click on ‘Search SEDAR+’ and select ‘Filings’.

Logged in users

• View Filings on a Profile
  From your Dashboard or from, click on ‘Search,’ and select ‘Profiles’ to search for the desired profile. Click on the desired profile and then select its ‘Filings’ tab. Click on the ‘Filing type’ to view filing details.
• Your Profiles
  From your Dashboard, click on ‘Your Profiles’ then select a specific profile from your profiles list. On the blue banner, select ‘Filings’ to see all filings submitted on this profile. Users without the required authority and permission will see public information only.
• Search Filings
  

  From your Dashboard or from the Main Menu, click on ‘Search,’ and select ‘Filings’. There are several filters that can be used to narrow your search. For example, to see filings for a specific profile enter the profile name in the ‘search by profile name or number’ field.

  Alternatively, you can ignore the filters and select the search button to see all filings for all issuer types.  From the list of search results, click on the filing name and number to view its details.

• Submitted Work
  Click on the SEDAR+ logo to go to your dashboard and view your submitted work for the last 90 calendar days. Select the ‘Submitted work’ tab. Click on the ‘Description’ of the intended filing to view details under the following tabs:

  • • Filing details

    • Submissions

    • Submitted documents

    • Authorization (if applicable)

    • Public documents
