Create another’s profile as a filing agent

If you are acting as filing agent on behalf of a filer, you must submit an Electronic Filer Agreement (EFA) on behalf of the filer and have the filer complete a Filing Agent Authorization Form (FAAF), in addition to providing the information needed to complete the profile. The EFA may be signed by the filing agent on behalf of the filer for which you are creating the profile, and a FAAF, signed by the authorized representative of the filer, must be uploaded in PDF format as part of the submission.

Upon submission, the profile with the EFA and FAAF is sent for review and approval. Upon approval, you or your organization will have authority over the profile, in accordance with the conditions listed within the FAAF. You will be notified if the request is refused. The approved profile will display links to the EFA and FAAF. A filing agent can only view the FAAF for their own association to the party and these forms are not visible to the public user.
