View your PAD account
The page that displays your PAD Account lists all PAD Accounts that have existed. The status of any past PAD Account will be ‘Closed’, while the current account’s status will be ‘Active.’ Click on the reference number of any active, closed, suspended, or on-hold account to view its details page. On the details page, you can click on ‘Maintain Account,’ if you have the right permission, or click on ‘Account Transactions.’ For more information on account transactions, click on the following link to the View Fees, Payments and Refunds page which has a section on View Account Transactions.
There are two ways to view a PAD Account after it has been set up and if you have the view authority:
- From the navigation Menu, click ‘Payments’ , ‘My Account’ and then click on the PAD account reference number to view its details.
- From your dashboard, click on the ‘View organization details’ link, then click on ‘View PAD account’ button.
