This is a temporary issue in SEDAR+ that we are aware of and working to resolve. For the time being, once you have generated the report of exempt distribution document(s) in a report of exempt distribution filing, you can no longer make changes to the filing even though you haven’t yet submitted it. Until this issue is resolved, please delete the report of exempt distribution filing and create a new one to capture your changes. 

Prior to generating the document(s), you can print the completed entries on the report of exempt distribution filing from the ‘Review and submit’ page. Any changes to the entries can still be made by selecting ‘Make changes’ in the applicable section of the filing.
